  • Just like any other beauty course, you need to pass the state license exam in order to practice as an esthetician.
  • The entire cost of an esthetics program depends on the courses taken up by you. It also depends on the beauty school on which you have enrolled.
  • If you're interested in taking advanced courses that cover advanced esthetic topics. Then you must first complete your basic classes in esthetics training. Advanced courses present you with the career option in paramedical esthetics.
  • There are a number of career opportunities you can choose from after finishing your esthetics course such as salon esthetician, paramedical esthetician, make-up artist, cosmetics buyer, cosmetic researcher, beauty editor, and instructor of esthetics etc.
  • You can earn up to $30,000-$50,000 a year in the initial stages of your career.
